HOW THE APP WORKS

Connects to the Feel emotion sensor wristband (sold separately), which monitors physiological signals and learns emotional patterns throughout the day.
Analyzes emotional fluctuations, offering personalized recommendations, tools, exercises, and resources in real time.
Facilitates connections with licensed Feel therapists to assist in stress management.

ABOUT THE FEEL PROGRAM

Employs a holistic approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address mild to moderate mental health conditions.
Includes weekly one-on-one video sessions with a designated Feel therapist.
Provides access to an extensive online library of resources and tools developed by leading psychotherapists.
Combines mental health expertise with innovative technology from leaders in CBT, data science, and healthcare.
